
ZoDev Apps is a web application that can be configured to any business or institution. The user friendly design helps users
navigate through the application in fast and efficient manner. Each system process in the application is linked to the user profile document. The IT administrator can administer the application from the system admin section of the application. The administrator can add/remove users, and setup rights and restrictions.
ZoDev Apps is built on an Lotus Domino platform. The scalability of the application is very dynamic, you can go from a few
hundred users to thousands of users with minimal performance deterioration. The system also has a fully configurable workflow engine.
This mean that you can create a workflow for any document in the application. For example, if HR need approval of a manager before
processing a Paid Time off request. You can easliy create a workflow function to route/email the PTO request to the manager for approval
then send it to HR for processing. With the dynamic workflow you can approve, deny, or send a request back to a user for more
information. When the approver click on the approve button it will prompt them for there login password, and once the correct
password is entered it will add an electronic signature to the bottom of the request. The system administrator can quickly
setup a workflow process in the system admin section for any of the application.
